Our inspiration to create the Commercial Law Firm in Rwanda spans over more than a decade and traces back to early 2007 when the Republic of Rwanda established commercial courts.
Rwanda is ranked as the 32nd out of 189 countries worldwide and 2nd in Africa for its conducive business environment. We recognized the need for a specialist firm to provide high-quality commercial legal solutions.

Me Viateur holds a Masters in INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC AND BUSINESS LAW, and LLB (Hons) of KIGALI INDEPENDENT UNIVERSITY, a Diploma (A2) in Law and Administration (Hons) LYCEE SAINT SAINT ALEXANDRE SAULI DE MUHURA and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in legal Practice by Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD).
He is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association. He is Private Notary in Rwanda, Receiver appointed by Rwanda Development (RDB) and licensed Insolvency Practitioner in Rwanda.
